What patients actually say 3
Only reviews with specifics, sorted by weight: a treatment result is 3; a return visit, referral, service or treatment specifics, or a complaint is 2.
Treatment and tests prescribed, but the patient still didn’t understand her problem — it isn’t in the report
Dirty, unpleasant rooms, sluggish staff; the patient says they overcharge
Everyone attentive, friendly and positive
