Privacy policy

Vybir (vybir-1hv.pages.dev) is an information service that analyses the content of public reviews of doctors. This policy explains what data we process, why, and what rights you have. Data contact: info@vybir.ua.

Visitor data

  • No registration is required. We do not collect visitors’ names, phone numbers or email addresses.
  • The server automatically keeps technical logs: IP address, browser, time and page address. They are needed for security and stability and are kept for up to 30 days.
  • If you email us, we process your message only to reply and keep the correspondence no longer than needed to handle it.

Cookies and local storage

The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Your theme choice, saved doctors and comparison list are kept in your browser’s local storage and are never sent to us. You can clear them in your browser settings. If we add analytics, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

Review data

We analyse reviews that patients themselves published on public platforms (currently doc.ua). We show only the author’s name as published on the source, the date, our short summary and a short quote linking to the original. We do not publish surnames, contact details or full review texts. The purpose is to inform people about what reviews say; the basis is legitimate interest and the dissemination of socially relevant information.

Doctor data

We use professional information from public profiles: name, specialty, experience, category, practice locations, visit price and profile photo. This data relates to professional activity and is already public. A doctor can ask us to correct an error or restrict processing — see the “For doctors” page.

Third-party resources

Doctor photos are loaded from the source’s servers (doc.ua), so your browser connects to them directly. Fonts and other site files are hosted on our server.

Your rights

Under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” (and the GDPR for visitors from the EU) you may ask what data about you we process, request correction or deletion, object to processing and complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. Send requests to info@vybir.ua; we reply within 30 calendar days.

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page; the revision date is shown below.
