For doctors and clinics
A doctor’s page on Vybir is built automatically from public data and patient reviews using one methodology for everyone. We do not take money for a place in the list, for the verdict or for hiding reviews.
What can be corrected
- Factual data: practice location, price, experience, category, photo.
- A tagging error — for example, a complaint attributed to the wrong doctor or a summary that distorts the meaning.
- Duplicate pages or a page that belongs to a different person.
What we do not do
- We do not remove critical reviews at a doctor’s or clinic’s request if they meet the methodology.
- We do not change verdicts manually: they are calculated the same way for everyone.
- We do not publish replies to reviews on our site — you can reply to the patient on the source site; we link to the original.
How to contact us
Write to info@vybir.ua with a link to your page, what needs correcting and proof that you are the doctor or a clinic representative. We reply within 30 calendar days. If you wish to restrict the processing of your data, we will consider the request under personal data protection law.
How to improve your page
The best thing you can do is ask patients to write substantive reviews: what they came with, what was done at the visit and whether it helped. Such reviews carry the most weight under the methodology.
